Licensing Portal

Overview

The Licencing Portal allows a centralized and secure environment for users, integrators and distributors to organize, allocate, and manage license entitlements. Licenses can be audited, activated, and monitored in a centralized hub based on account access.

Depending on account access level within the Organization, the Licensing Portal will have work flows based on:

End Customer Access

The End Customer Portal provides a centralized and secure environment for organizations to take ownership of their licensed services. It enables end customers to independently manage their entitlements, activate licenses when needed, monitor usage, and control internal access without relying on external parties.

Integrator Access

The Licensing Portal enables Integrators to centrally manage software entitlements, allocate licenses to projects, collaborate with internal teams, and transfer ownership to end customers and help activate licenses on their behalf in a structured and auditable manner.

Distributor Access

The Licensing Portal enables Distributors to centrally manage license inventory, partner relationships, and internal users from a single interface. It provides clear visibility into available and transferred licenses, supports controlled license distribution to integrators and customers, and maintains a complete audit trail of all key actions.
