Distributor Access
Overview
The Licensing Portal enables Distributors to centrally manage license inventory, partner relationships, and internal users from a single interface. It provides clear visibility into available and transferred licenses, supports controlled license distribution to integrators and customers, and maintains a complete audit trail of all key actions.
The Distributor Dashboard is the landing page for distributor users. It provides a high-level view of license inventory, integrator relationships, team size, and recent activity, along with quick access to commonly used actions.
The top banner displays high-level metrics:

Available Licenses – Total licenses available for assignment.

Transferred Licenses: Cumulative number of licenses that have been successfully transferred to integrators or customers.

Total Integrators: Number of active integrators associated with the distributor.

Total Members: Number of active members under the distributor account.
These metrics are view-only and update automatically based on current system data.
Quick Actions
The second section provides direct access to frequently used actions.

Manage Licenses: Navigates to the Licensing Overview module to view and manage license inventory.

Create Integrator: Opens the Integrator module to add a new integrator and enable license transfers.

Invite My Team: Opens the Invite Member flow in the Members module to add internal users.

The Transactions module provides Distributors with a centralized, read-only view of all license transfer and split activities. It enables users to track license movement across integrators, review entitlement and order details, and export transaction records for reporting and reconciliation.

Note
The Audit & Event Log module provides Distributors with a centralized, read-only record of critical system and user activities. It enables authorized users to monitor actions across the portal, ensure traceability, and support internal reviews and compliance audits.

Type - Category of action (e.g., Members, Licenses, Activations).

User - Name or email of the user who performed the action.
The Licensing Overview module gives Distributor users a complete view of their license inventory. It allows users to explore licenses grouped by Products or Entitlements, understand availability and transfer status, and initiate license transfers based on role permissions.
The module is designed to help distributors quickly identify available licenses, empty entitlements, and take transfer actions with confidence.

Split before Transfer
Enabling allows the user to choose how many of the available licenses to transfer.
Note: All licenses are sent be default when disabled.
Transfer to
Use the dropdown to select the desired Integrator to transfer to. If not listed, use the Create New One to add a new integrator.
Integrator Representative
Displays the default Integrator Representative with an option to notify them of the transfer. Customer Email may also be added to the CC field for notification.
Clicking Next moves to the Confirmation window. If all information is correct, click Transfer to proceed.

The Integrators module allows Distributor users to view, manage, and control integrator organizations they work with. It provides visibility into integrator details, representatives, and transferred licenses, and controls whether an integrator is eligible to receive license transfers.

The Members module allows Distributor Admins to manage internal users who have access to the Licensing Portal. It provides visibility into active users and pending invitations, with role-based controls to manage access and permissions.

Fill in email address and optional phone number for member being invited.
