End Customer Access
Overview
The End Customer Portal provides a centralized and secure environment for organizations to take ownership of their licensed services. It enables end customers to independently manage their entitlements, activate licenses when needed, monitor usage, and control internal access without relying on external parties.
The End Customer Dashboard provides centralized visibility into license usage and organizational activity. It delivers summary metrics, role-based quick actions, and a snapshot of recent activations and audit events. The layout aligns with the Integrator experience while being scoped specifically to end customer entitlements and members.
