The Integrator Dashboard provides a centralized summary of projects, licenses, customers, and recent activities. It enables Integrator users to quickly understand current operational status and navigate to key modules. This dashboard is role-based and displays actions and data according to the user’s assigned role.

The top banner displays high-level metrics:

• Active Projects – Total number of non-archived projects.

• Available Licenses – Total licenses available for assignment.

• Assigned Licenses – Total licenses currently assigned to projects.

• Unassigned Licenses – Calculated as Available Licenses minus Assigned Licenses.

• Total Customers – Total number of active customers associated with the integrator.

These metrics are view-only and update automatically based on current system data.

Quick Actions

The second section provides direct access to frequently used actions.

• Create Project: Opens the Create Project form to set up a new project.

• Manage Projects: Redirects to the Projects module to view and manage all projects.

• Create Customer: Opens the Create Customer form to add a new customer.

• Invite My Team: Opens the Invite Member form to add internal members to the portal.

Recent Activations

Displays of the latest twenty activation events by:

• Product Name

• Quantity

• Activation Date

• Activated By

“View All” redirects to the Activations module.

Displays the latest twenty license-related transactions by:

The Transactions module provides a centralized, chronological view of all license movements across projects. It enables Admins and Managers to monitor operational activity, track entitlement usage, and support audit requirements. The Audit & Event Log provides a centralized, query able record of key system and user actions across the Integrator portal. It captures backend-level activities such as project actions, license assignments, transfers, member updates, and customer changes. This module enables Integrators to monitor operational activity, support compliance requirements, and export audit records when required.

Projects Dashboard

The Projects module provides a centralized view of all projects available to the Integrator organization. It allows users to monitor license distribution at a project level and access project details for further action.

• All - Displays all projects the logged-in user has access to.

• Your - Displays projects where the logged-in user is assigned as the Project Manager.

• Shared - Displays projects the user has access to but is not assigned as the Project Manager. Shared projects are visually labeled.

Each project row displays:

• License Count

• Shared Indicator (if applicable)

• Status Badge (To Do / In Progress / Done)

  • To Do – Default state.

  • In Progress / Done – Active when a Project Manager is assigned and at least one license is attached.

Project Details View

Selecting a project opens a detailed right-side panel providing structured visibility into Details, Members, and Licenses.

The top indicator displays the Project Name (EID can also be found and copied from the "i" icon.

Edit Project Name

Opens dialogue to edit the Project Name and Project Number.

Transfer Project

An Integrator Admin can transfer all licenses under a project to the assigned end customer in a single action, simplifying project handoff and eliminating license-by-license transfers.

The portal introduces Project-Level Transfer, allowing all licenses grouped under a normalized project-level Entitlement ID (EID) to be transferred together in one atomic operation.

Licenses assigned to a project inherit a common Project EID. This enables streamlined group transfer instead of individual EID transfers

Clicking Transfer Project opens a confirmation form displaying:

• License Product ID Key and license count.

• To Customer - Shows name and email for the customer

• Notes - Text field to add any notes.

• Warning message:

  “Once transferred, this project cannot be edited or modified. All entitlements will be moved to the customer permanently.”

• Cancel/Transfer

Archive Project

The Archive Project capability allows Integrator Admins and Project Managers to move completed or inactive projects out of the active workspace once all licenses have been removed or transferred.

The Licensing Overview module provides End Customers with a centralized view of their license inventory. It supports two perspectives:

• Products Tab (Default) – License inventory grouped by product.

• Entitlements Tab – License inventory grouped by entitlement.

Both views support search, filtering, sorting, and detailed inspection through a right-side detail panel. License activation is initiated from this module, subject to role-based permissions.

The Members module enables Integrator Admins and Project Managers to manage internal users within their organization. It provides visibility into active users, pending invitations, project-level role assignments, and supports role-based access control across modules.

+ Invite Member

1. Clicking "Invite Member opens the Invite Member form.

2. Fill in email address and optional phone number for member being invited.

3. Select the invited user role

   1. Admin - Full access to all features.

   2. Project Manager - Project creation with limited management rights, full audit visibility.

   3. Technician - View license details with limited permissions on projects and licenses.

   4. Support - View license details with limited permissions on projects and licenses.

   5. Auditor - View-only access to projects, licenses, users, and audit logs.

   6. Viewer - View-only access to projects, licenses, and transactions.

The members module can be displayed by Active or Invited Users.
