Utilities

The Utilities page provides diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and system maintenance.

System Version

Displays the following version information:

• ISP Version — the firmware version for the ISP component (e.g., V100-20260630-194155)

• DSP Version — the firmware version for the DSP component (e.g., MS76A_16M_RK3562_LINUX_64BITIC_20260409_210824_V0.0.0.2759)

Reboot

Click "Reboot" to restart the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar from the Manager interface.

What to expect:

• The Manager web interface will be unavailable during the reboot process.

• The interface returns once the device has restarted and regained network connectivity.

• Any active Teams meeting will be interrupted during reboot.

• When an OTA update is in process, the Manager web page will be unavailable from a browser. Wait 5 minutes and try again before accessing the page.

Tip: Use reboot as a last-resort troubleshooting step after reviewing the Event Log, verifying network connectivity, and checking peripheral status.
