Monitoring > Status

The Status page is the home screen of RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager. It provides at-a-glance visibility into system health, device identity, and peripheral connectivity.

System Summary

The System Summary provides high-level information about the collaboration bar system, including system type, model, serial number, Teams Rooms version, Windows version, and last update information.

System Connectivity

The System Connectivity section shows the commissioned state of the device and the real-time status of connected peripherals, including microphones, displays, and the controller. Warnings or faults from any peripheral roll up into the overall system status indicator.

Status Indicators

• Green — OK - All systems operating normally.

• Yellow — Warning - One or more warnings detected (e.g., expected display not connected).

• Red — Fault - A fault condition requires attention.

System Reliability Reports

A callout on the Status page links to System Reliability Reports in Q-SYS Reflect. These reports provide a longer-term view of system and peripheral performance over time and are available with the Reflect Plus tier.
