RoomSuite Collaboration Bar v1.0.4 is a maintenance release focused on audio processing fixes, session security, browser navigation, and user interface improvements in RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager.

It was released on September 7, 2026.
New Features and Enhancements
-
EQ band parameter identification: Enhanced the EQ configuration interface to clearly identify and display bandwidth and Q-factor parameters across EQ bands.
-
Targeted Help link: Updated the in-product Help link in RCB Manager to direct users to the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar documentation: https://help.qsys.com/#RoomSuite-CollaborationBar/CollaborationBar_Overview.htm.
-
Wi-Fi Settings dialog header: Corrected the title bar on the Wi-Fi configuration modal in Network Settings, which previously displayed “Hostname” instead of “Wi-Fi Settings.”
-
Reflect registration wording: Updated authorization screen copy during Q-SYS Reflect device onboarding to reference “Device” rather than “Core.”
Resolved Known Issues
-
Audio Fence angle calibration: Resolved an issue where Audio Fencing did not properly isolate speaker audio or suppress background noise when configured with non-default rotation angles.
-
Microphone and speaker EQ application: Fixed an issue where changes to input microphone and output speaker EQ settings did not apply frequency gain adjustments.
-
Deep linking and bookmark redirection: Resolved an issue where opening a bookmarked RCB Manager URL redirected users to the Status page after authentication. Users are now routed directly to the requested destination page.
-
Event Log navigation history: Fixed a browser history issue that could disrupt forward navigation when repeatedly moving backward and forward through the Event Log page.
-
Sign-out session termination: Fixed an issue where using the browser Back button after signing out of RCB Manager could display cached administrative pages. Post-logout navigation now requires authentication.
Known Issues
-
Tile View – Room View toggle state not saved and behavior ignores setting.
-
Tile View (Beta) – "Number of People Shown" setting not respected, displays more tiles than configured.
-

-
Active Speaker Framing: The Cross talk switch time does not affect speaker switching. Users cannot delay the time it takes to switch to another speaker.
-
Stale display entries persist on Display page when displays are connected.
-
Wi-Fi tab - Device forgets stored Wi-Fi credentials after toggling Wi-Fi off and back on.
-
Audio output not functional after connecting HDMI port while meeting was active.
- "LAN link lost/connected" events visible in local Collaboration Bar Manager but not captured in Reflect connectivity timeline.
-
Peripheral tracking stops working.
-
Intermittent failures of the RoomSuite-Bar-Control and/or QAIO Service updates during Windows Update on the Collaboration Bar for some devices.
This is the initial release for the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager. It was released on August 12, 2026.
The RoomSuite Collaboration Bar and expansion devices provide a scalable AV solution for standard small-to-large meeting spaces. The system can be configured through the local web application, RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager, which provides device status and connectivity to Q-SYS cloud management services.
Features
RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager provides a local web interface for configuring and monitoring the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar.
View device status and connected peripheral information from the Manager interface. Version information for the camera ISP, bar microphone DSP, touch console, and table microphones is available in the relevant Manager pages.
Connect the Collaboration Bar to Q-SYS Reflect from the Manager interface by generating a pairing code on the Reflect page and entering it when adding the system to a Reflect domain.
RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager supports Q-SYS OTA updates for the Manager application. Windows-based software, drivers, and firmware are updated through Windows Update.
