Network Settings > Date & Time

The Date and Time page configures time settings for the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar. Accurate time configuration ensures Event Log entries are correctly timestamped and system events can be correlated across devices.

Time Zone

Select the appropriate time zone for the room's physical location. Event Log timestamps and system-reported times will reflect this selection.

NTP Time Synchronization

Enable NTP (Network Time Protocol) to automatically synchronize the device clock with a network time server.

Setting Description
NTP Enable Turns NTP synchronization on or off.
NTP Server Specify the address of your preferred NTP server, or use the default.

Recommendation: Enable NTP synchronization in all deployments to ensure consistent timestamps across your fleet of collaboration bars, especially when correlating events across multiple rooms or with Q-SYS Reflect.

Manual Date and Time

If NTP is not available, you can set the date and time manually. Manual time settings are overridden when NTP is subsequently enabled.
