Reflect
Reflect Registration Details
Register your RoomSuite Collaboration Bar with Q-SYS Reflect to unlock additional capabilities, including the enabling of cloud-based monitoring, System Reliability Reports, and centralized administration across multiple rooms. Registration is optional, and all local features do work independently without Reflect.
Test Connection
Before registering, use the Test Connection option to verify outbound connectivity to Q-SYS Reflect servers. A successful test confirms that the device can communicate with the Reflect cloud.

Traditional Registration

In your Q-SYS Reflect account, generate a registration code.

In RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager, navigate to the Reflect page.

Enter the registration code to associate the device with your Reflect organization and domain.
Once registered, the device appears in Reflect and can be monitored remotely.
QR-Based Reflect Onboarding
RoomSuite Collaboration Bar supports streamlined onboarding through QR codes located on the device itself and on the product packaging. Scanning the QR code launches a web-based workflow to register one or more devices into Reflect.
Prerequisites

No special app is required. Any smartphone or tablet with a camera works.

The bar or packaging must include the QR label.

The user must be a current Reflect account member with an active subscription.

An organization and domain must already be created in Reflect.
Bulk Registration
The QR workflow supports scanning multiple devices delivered together for a site deployment. Upload the scanned device list, and each device will appear in Reflect after it powers on, completes out-of-box setup, and connects to the network.
