Release Notes
This topic covers release information for Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager.
This is the initial release for the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager. It was released on August 12, 2026.
The RoomSuite Collaboration Bar and expansion devices provide a scalable AV solution for standard small-to-large meeting spaces. The system can be configured through the local web application, RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager, which provides device status and connectivity to Q-SYS cloud management services.
Features
RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager provides a local web interface for configuring and monitoring the RoomSuite Collaboration Bar.
View device status and connected peripheral information from the Manager interface. Version information for the camera ISP, bar microphone DSP, touch console, and table microphones is available in the relevant Manager pages.
Connect the Collaboration Bar to Q-SYS Reflect from the Manager interface by generating a pairing code on the Reflect page and entering it when adding the system to a Reflect domain.
RoomSuite Collaboration Bar Manager supports Q-SYS OTA updates for the Manager application. Windows-based software, drivers, and firmware are updated through Windows Update.
