Space Collections

Space Collections introduce a flexible, non-hierarchical way to group spaces inside Reflect.

Unlike the traditional hierarchical model in Space Manager, Space Collections let you cluster Rooms, Levels, Buildings, Sites, and Outdoor Spaces into meaningful groups—based on usage, operational needs, maintenance workflows, or organizational structure.

This feature provides a powerful new way for admins to analyze, monitor, and navigate spaces across large deployments.

A Space Collection is a user-defined group of spaces.

It can include any valid architecture-level space:

• Site

• Building

• Outdoor Space

• Level

• Room

• Zone

This flexibility allows organizations to create collections such as:

• Classrooms

• Boardrooms

• Executive Suites

• Training Centers

• Test Labs

• Experience Zones

• North Campus Rooms

• Customer Briefing Centers
